This year, we’re convening a Community Leadership Group of SME leaders (fewer than 500 employees) to support and positively influence their teams in implementing JEDI (Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion) tools and practices to create meaningful change for women and gender-diverse people in the world of work.

Hearing from amazing leaders in the SME sector we know it is time for change.

Are you committed to creating an equitable and inclusive workplace? If yes, you should join In Good Company’s Community Leadership Group!

Together, we will build a supportive community of practitioners who will share and learn about promising practices and tools to make meaningful change for diverse women and gender-diverse people in industries from which they have historically been excluded.

Reach out if you are:

• Involved in a small or medium sized business, or leader who is positioned and empowered to influence internal policies and practices
• Interested in improving and/or creating evidence-based policies and practices to improve justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion in your workplace
• Ready to join in honest and strategic conversations with like-minded colleagues about how to create more equitable and inclusive workplaces
• Supported by your company/colleagues and have the resources you need to commit to 1.5 hours per month, in addition to the time and effort you will put into making change at your SME
• Ready to be held accountable by your peers for the outcomes of your efforts
• Excited to see your business among those leading the way for change in your industry
